At Luggy Bag, we are committed to offering a reliable and transparent shopping experience that complies with European Union regulations and the French Consumer Code. Our products are shipped from our international logistics centers and partner warehouses, allowing us to maintain wide product availability while upholding high standards of quality and control.
All orders are prepared and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. We make every effort to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Order Processing
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order is processed within an average of 1 to 3 business days.
After preparation, your package is handed over to our partner carriers for shipping.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched, including the necessary information to track your shipment.
Delivery Times
The average delivery time ranges from 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and region.
For France and most European countries, the typical delivery time is 7 to 12 business days.
Delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as:

In the event of a significant delay exceeding 30 calendar days, the customer may exercise their right to cancel the order under the French Consumer Code and receive a full refund.
Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
Luggy Bag, cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or repeated absence of the recipient, the customer will be required to pay reshipping fees.
Carriers generally attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to a pickup point or postal center.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer by email.
This number allows real-time tracking through the carrier’s website or via our tracking page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check the progress of their delivery and contact our support team in case of a problem, so corrective actions can be taken as quickly as possible.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped in accordance with European regulations.
In some cases—notably for orders shipped from logistics centers outside the European Union—local customs fees or taxes may be applied by the destination country’s authorities.
These fees, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Luggy Bag, has no control over the calculation or amount of such fees, as they depend solely on the applicable regulations of the destination country.
Customers are advised to check local customs regulations before placing an order.
